This Has Nothing To Do With B Town Content

One of Desolation's WHL servers is back up. As of now, today, it just went back up, later we'll make sure everything is patched and up to date.

We put one of the servers back up, because I felt sorry for the community. Always in the IRC channel, talking about having only one patched server, nguk, that everyone has to play on, and everyone complains about how much it sucks. Hopefully, our server dosen't suck. If people play on our server, and we can keep it stable, then it will stick arround. Hell, if people keep playing on our server, we may even put the other two back up.

Today's update should make Dave pretty happy. I finally uploaded his two maps, Dump, and Deadlands. We'd both been having a lot of problems getting the maps to work right, wad issues mostly. Finally, they work, are zipped, and uploaded. Go check them out, they're in the map section.

And if anyone sees Punkey, tell him he has two reviews to do.

Since I have been receiving a lot of issues about how certain sections don't get updated that often, I will now post the staus (As far as I know) of the different sections of Barter Town. None of them are in any immediate real danger, just lagging a bit.

HUDs: Limbo. Bitterman's in charge of HUDs, so I really can't say that much. See the below posts by Bitterman.

Models: Alive and well. Both me and Bitter work on that section, we just haven't gotten anything recently.

Skins: Alive and well. Ditto from models.

Maps: Alive and well. I do the maps, and I can tell you that I am working just fine. Just a low amount of maps coming in.

Textures: Limbo. Bitterman also does the textures.

Prefabs: Limbo. Same as textures and HUDs.

None of the issues in my last news update have been resolved.

Regardless, I have a new model of you. Send thanks to DuDuke, for making a sweet spear replacement. A pitch fork. Go check it out in the models section. And if anyone sees Kastyr, tell him he needs to review it.
